Whisky lovers will find themselves on the Malt Whisky Trail with world-famous distilleries nearby, while golfers, wildlife watchers and outdoor adventurers will all find plenty to keep them happily occupied.

Welcoming and accommodating hosts. Fantastic welcome pack which included treats for the dogs. A big thank you for allowing the extra dog. Wonderful bathroom with an amazing shower. Spacious light and airy bedroom with a comfortable bed. Boot room ideal for managing 3 sandy dogs. Well heated to take off the nip of the colder evenings and mornings. Great access to a shared garden for the dogs (though not secure to let them off the lead). Easy access for a variety of expeditions around the area. We would wholeheartedly recomend for short breaks. Sitting area and kitchen a little too small for longer stays.
The Loft was a very new place to stay ‘off the beaten track’. It was perfect for two persons and our dog. The stairs are tight with the bathroom downstairs but the quality of all aspects was excellent. Lovely home-made bread and jam were provided and the bed was outstandingly comfortable. The owners were very quick to communicate which impressed us. Well priced and an excellent location.
